1. About AIGlobalTool
AIGlobalTool.com (“AIGlobalTool”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is an independently operated online platform for discovering AI tools, finding businesses and services, submitting enquiries, promoting businesses, managing leads/bookings, and accessing or purchasing certain digital services. AIGlobalTool is currently operated as a freelance/individual online business and is not represented in this document as a registered company.
2. Acceptance
By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, submitting an enquiry, creating a listing, purchasing a plan or service, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Disclaimer, Refund/Cancellation Policy and Affiliate Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract under applicable law. If you use the platform for a business, organisation or another person, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
4. Platform Role
AIGlobalTool is generally an information, discovery, directory, lead-generation and digital-services platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AIGlobalTool is not the seller, manufacturer, service provider, professional adviser, employer, agent or representative of third-party businesses listed on the platform. A listing does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee or recommendation.
5. Business Listings
Businesses may submit or maintain information such as names, addresses, contact details, descriptions, products, services, images, pricing, operating information and other content. Businesses are responsible for the accuracy, legality and currency of their submissions and must have the rights and permissions necessary to publish them.
• Free and paid listing features may differ and may be changed prospectively.
• Paid plans may provide promotional placement, badges, analytics, lead management, booking tools or other features as described at purchase.
• Priority placement is promotional visibility, not a guarantee of enquiries, sales, rankings, conversions or revenue.
• AIGlobalTool may edit, reject, remove, suspend or restrict listings that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform standards.
6. Enquiries and Leads
When a user submits an enquiry, AIGlobalTool may record the enquiry and transmit relevant information to one or more selected or matched businesses for the purpose of responding to the user's request. Users should submit only information they are comfortable sharing for this purpose. Businesses receiving leads must use the information lawfully and only for legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable privacy and anti-spam requirements.
7. Bookings
Where booking functionality is available, AIGlobalTool may facilitate the transmission or management of booking requests. Unless AIGlobalTool expressly confirms that it is the contracting service provider, the underlying service contract is between the customer and the relevant business. Availability, price, cancellation rules and fulfilment remain subject to the business's applicable terms.
8. AI Tools and Third-Party Content
The AI tools directory may contain links, descriptions, ratings, summaries or references to third-party AI products. Third-party AI tools may change, become unavailable, produce inaccurate output, process data under their own policies, or charge fees. AIGlobalTool does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, suitability, legality or performance of third-party AI tools.
9. Digital Services
AIGlobalTool may offer web design, web development, SEO, digital marketing, social media marketing, branding, graphic design, domain registration, hosting and business promotion. Each paid engagement may be subject to a quotation, statement of work, order confirmation or service-specific terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the service-specific terms control for that engagement.
10. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the licence below. You grant AIGlobalTool a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute and otherwise use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate, market and improve the platform, including displaying business listings and promotional material. You represent that you have all necessary rights and that your content does not violate law or third-party rights.
11. Prohibited Use
• Do not provide false, misleading, fraudulent or impersonated business information.
• Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, infringing or malicious content.
• Do not scrape, crawl, copy, harvest or systematically extract platform data without written permission.
• Do not interfere with platform security, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or bypass access controls.
• Do not use leads or contact information for unlawful spam, harassment, fraud or prohibited solicitation.
• Do not misuse reviews, ratings, listings, promotional placements, booking tools or analytics.
12. Intellectual Property
AIGlobalTool and its licensors own or control the platform's software, design, branding, logos, compilation, original text, graphics and other protected materials except third-party content. Except as permitted by law or written permission, you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected platform materials.
13. Fees, Taxes and Payments
Prices, taxes, billing cycles and payment methods will be presented at purchase or in a service agreement. Unless expressly stated, applicable taxes, payment-provider charges or government fees may be payable by the customer. Paid subscriptions may renew only where the purchase flow or service agreement clearly provides for renewal.
14. Refunds and Cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy and any service-specific order terms. Certain customised, commenced or third-party costs may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by law and clearly disclosed.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content or cancel listings where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, products or services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
17. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its information are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, specific search results, lead volume, rankings, business performance, revenue, conversion rates, or suitability for a particular purpose.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIGlobalTool will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity arising from use of the platform or third-party transactions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
19. Indemnity
